Hans Desnoyers, MS, LMSW, is a senior program executive with more than 20 years of experience working with New York City-based AIDS service organization.  He is currently Chief Operating Officer at Bailey House.  Previously, he has served as Vice President of Health Services and Executive Director at Housing Works, Director of Client Services at the Haitian Women’s Program, Housing Consultant and Trainer at the Center for Urban Community Services, and Day Training Program Manager at Bronx Development Services.  Mr. Desnoyers is a member of the New York City AIDS Housing Network and a former member of the New York City HIV Planning Council.  He holds a Masters of Social Work from Fordham University and a M.S. in Non-Profit Management from New York University.
