Esteban Perla has served as Regulatory Affairs Coordinator at ACRIA since 2007, acting as the agency’s liaison with sponsors, contract research organizations (CROs), IRBs, and all other entities involved in clinical trials and research.  Perla comes to ACRIA from Philadelphia’s AIDS Services in Asian Communities, where he was an HIV Case Manager, and worked previously as a high school biology teacher at Germantown High School in Philadelphia.
