The community meeting is open to HIV/AIDS Service Providers as well as Aging Service Providers and the community at large.  We convene this meeting to discuss the growing concerns regarding HIV & Older Adults and to conduct a needs assessment specific to the region.  We will take the time to introduce our work in the field of HIV & Aging and to collect some information regarding the needs in the community.  We will then take this information with us to tailor a one day training which responds to the needs of the community.  The training generally follows approximately a month after the community meeting and participants will be notified of the date and location.  An RSVP is required:  htessema@acria.org
