The one day training is open to HIV/AIDS Service Providers as well as Aging Service Providers and the community at large. This training is meant to address the growing concerns regarding HIV & Older Adults and to give an overview of the issues, results from the landmark ROAH study, to discuss epidemiology and statewide statistics, to give an introduction to aging services as well as to discuss creative ways for Aging Service providers and HIV/AIDS Service providers to collaborate in integrating HIV & Aging education into their work. The one day training is based on the needs assessment conducted at the recent community meeting.
