What’s New in HIV/AIDS

This half-day training will provide updated information for non-clinical providers about advances in HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment. Programs are updated regularly to address emerging issues and will cover various topics ranging from:Topics include:

  • Vaccine research;
  • Microbicide Research;
  • PrEP and PEP;
  • Current Antiretroviral Medication and;
  • Updates to treatment guidelines

Prerequisite: 

Prior attendance at a basic training, such as "Overview of HIV Infection and AIDS", is required.

All Health and Human Service Providers who work with people with HIV/AIDS
